All six rooms share the same design and measure about 18 m². Each has a 160 × 200 cm double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan, safe, hairdryer, towels and a shower.

No. The bathroom is part of the room and is separated from the sleeping area only by a curtain.

Two rooms are on each of the ground, first and second floors. We try to respect floor preferences, subject to availability.

Yes, on request for €15 per night.

Self-service breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00. €15 per person. Please order at least one day in advance October–April, at lower occupancy: coffee, tea, cereals and fruit here; egg dishes and the remaining breakfast may be served at the neighbouring News Cafe.

Yes. Coffee, tea and a minibar are available in the breakfast room 24 hours a day, for a charge.

Self check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. If you arrive after 22:00, please let us know in advance to receive entry instructions. Check-out is by 11:00.

Yes, free gated parking. Every room has its own access card.

Yes, for €15 per pet per night.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Yes. The house suits up to 12 people, the common room seats all 12, and the outdoor terrace can be used for gatherings. Catering can be arranged through an external provider.

Under a covered shelter, locked with your own lock. Electricity is available for charging e-bikes. Rental for larger groups can be arranged by prior agreement.

At Vilfanova ulica 2a, Portorož — practically on the beach, on the promenade between Piran and Portorož, five minutes' walk from the Bernardin congress centre.

Hotel Histrion with pools and saunas is close by, and Casa Limoni guests receive a 20% discount. Details are given on arrival.

SUP rental is available exclusively to Casa Limoni guests for €20 per day.
